With exclusive access to units from Gables Residential Apartments and other well-known REIT Communities, the company is now able to offer new furnished and serviced apartments across the market known as DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia).
With local support to serve the market, CWS is also able to vet and secure additional inventory in popular communities from Arlington to Alexandria – including units available now in the popular Dupont Circle, Takoma Park and Tyson’s Corner communities. The local team will also be on-hand to conduct property and unit inspections, and to provide relocation support and guest services for corporate clients, who typically book stays for employees ranging from 30 days to 12 months.
