INDIANAPOLIS – November 30, 2022 – The Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) hosted its first in-person Small Staff Forum last month in Indianapolis. This forum offered small staff companies and their partners an opportunity to network and discuss topics that specifically pertain to small businesses in the corporate housing industry.
Attendees examined challenges, opportunities, and solutions for their small staff businesses. The educational content included an economic overview, marketing on a budget, operational tips, changing service expectations and valued partnerships. These topics were deemed critical to small staff attendees.

85% of attendees indicated they are “very likely” to recommend the Small Staff Forum. Post event survey respondents gave the event a 4.9 rating on a 1-5 scale. An online community has been formed for small staff company employees to continue the connections and conversations that started at the event.
The inaugural Small Staff Forum was hosted on a digital platform in 2021, followed by this year’s event held in-person. It was made possible by CHPA’s Small Staff Special Focus Group members:
